If you have enough Luck o’ the Irish to actually be in Ireland this St. Patty’s Day or in the near future, I have a unique and off the grid place to visit and fun photos to take that will make your friends turn green. . .with envy of course.
As you plan your Ireland trip, be sure to include Aran Island. This is a perfect place to view the Cliffs of Moher. On my last visit, my friends and I actually ended up there by accident because we got on the wrong bus. Kind of funny considering they speak English in Ireland, but it was the happiest accident of the entire trip.
We rode bikes all over the island where they only speak Gaelic, are famous for making wool sweaters, and I promise, they have the rosiest cheeks in all the land. We saw cemeteries and ruins and green pastures and had lunch in fields with miles and miles of stone walls.
If you can’t make it to Ireland this St. Patrick’s Day, but you still want to bring a little luck o’ the Irish to your little shindig, set up a St. Patty’s Day Photo Booth (or “Kiss Me I’m Irish” Photo Booth)
